Winter Solstice Gong and Sound Bath Session

Winter Solstice reminds us of the ever changing cycles of nature and LIFE. It marks the symbolis death and rebirth of the Sun. 

Celebration of Earth's regeneration and rebirth. 

Join me for a unique sound healing experience that utilizes vibration, frequency, breathing and meditation as tools to tune into the calm, healing, and peaceful energy from within. 

 This sound healing session will be orchestrated with a variety of instruments such as crystal and brass singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and handpan; a holistic wellness modality that helps to restore the physical, energetic, and emotional states.

 Along with breathwork and soundhealing instruments , Evgeniya raise vibrational level of the group and your inner inteligence of your heart and body ,create profound healing, integration and spiritual activation .

Notes: It’s suggested to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow if you have. 

You are welcome to bring additional props for comfort such as an eye pillow to limit distractions.
