Recomendations on what to bring with you :

• Yoga mat to comfortably lay on the ground. 
• Blanket to cover yourself , depending on weather.Be mindful that when your body is in meditative state, your bodys temperature drops. 
• Eye mask  
• Water bottle
• Pillow or extra blanke under your head.
