In this sacred morning window, we gather in water to soften the body, calm the mind, and open the heart to receive.

Large mattress floaty above the water .your body will be above water and will not be submerged inside the water . Only 5 spots available

Floaties inside the water or a mat outside the pool . Specify which one you want floatie where half of your body will be submerged inside the water or a mat outside the pool .
