Spring Equinox Gong and Sound Bath Session .VIRGINIA

Join us for a very special Spring Equinox SoundBath session. 

Equinoxes occur twice a year. They are marked by the time the sun is exactly above the equator, creating an equality in the time of day and night. 

The word equinox is derived from Latin meaning “equal night”. 

The Spring Equinox marks the day of equality as the sun starts moving north creating longer days than nights. We are in a LIGHT season:)

It indicates the first day of the spring season and has been revered for the time of new ideas, curiosity, and sprouting.

The Spring Equinox shifts mindsets and behaviors from the time of rest and reflection to a time of outward interest. 

Join me for this beautiful and unique sound healing experience that utilizes vibration, frequency, breathing and meditation as tools to tune into the calm, healing, and peaceful energy from within. 

 This sound healing session will be orchestrated with a variety of instruments such as crystal and brass singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and handpan; a holistic wellness modality that helps to restore the physical, energetic, and emotional states.

Notes: Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow.

You are welcome to bring additional props for comfort such as an eye pillow to limit distractions.

This session is very gentle.
