SoundBath Experience ( moved indoors due to heavy rain)

Join me for a unique sound healing experience that utilizes vibration, frequency, breathing and meditation as tools to tune into the calm, healing, and peaceful energy from within. 

Summer is hot, so we are bringing floating soundbath experience this july to tap into nature sounds of water, wind, birds, and healing instruments to elevate our healing expeience, and dive deeper inside. 

 This sound healing session will be orchestrated with a variety of instruments such as crystal and brass singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and handpan; a holistic wellness modality that helps to restore the physical, energetic, and emotional states. 

This is a PRIVATE pool. Bathroom is availiable.

There is an option to stay outside of the pool and enjoy sounds and serenity of nature.

 This is an opportunity to optimize your health with an evening of self-care. 

Beginner friendly, open to all levels and no experience necessary. This sonic experience will leave you feeling rejuvenated, balanced and centered. With help of Diving Energy, Your Body Intelligence and Healing Sounds,  we assists the body in releasing deep patterns of stress, anxiety and trauma. 

 Along with breathwork and soundhealing instruments , Evgeniya raise vibrational level of the group and your inner inteligence of your heart and body ,creating  profound healing, integration activation of your senses. 

Notes:

You will be submerged in the water utilizing floaties. If you do not want to be insode the water you are welcome to bring a mat ( and stay on the groud outside the pool) or a water mattress. Pool is partially shaded, so depending on the weather be mindful about son( wear sunscreen and a hat). 

 It’s suggested to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow if you choose to stay outside the pool) 

You are welcome to bring additional props for comfort such as an eye pillow 

WEATHER: in case of rain we will do sessions indoor, but usually mother nature cooperates.
