Solar Eclipse Gong and Sound Bath

Join me for a unique sound healing experience that utilizes vibration, frequency, breathing and meditation as tools to tune into the calm, healing, and peaceful energy from within. 

 This sound healing session will be orchestrated with a variety of instruments such as crystal and brass singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and handpan; a holistic wellness modality that helps to restore the physical, energetic, and emotional states. 

New moon in combination with Solar Eclipse will create Intense Beautiful energies.  Those energies promote growth and encourage fresh starts within reac. Use those energies in your beefit so they do not knock you off your feet

Notes: It’s suggested to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow if you have. 

You are welcome to bring additional props for comfort such as an eye pillow to limit distractions.
