BLUE MOON Soundhealing and Ecstatic Soul Dance session

Join me for a unique sound healing experience that utilizes vibration, frequency, breathing and meditation as tools to tune into the calm, healing, and peaceful energy from within. 

This sound healing session will be orchestrated with a variety of instruments such as crystal and brass singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and handpan; a holistic wellness modality that helps to restore the physical, energetic, and emotional states.

Most people will feel very relaxed and peaceful during a sound healing; some might have visualizations, receive creative downloads, or have an emotional breakthrough.

This is an opportunity to optimize your health with an evening of self-care. Beginner friendly, open to all levels and no experience necessary. This sonic experience will leave you feeling rejuvenated, balanced and centered.

With help of Diving Energy, Your Body Intelligence  and Healing Sounds, Evgeniya assists the body in releasing deep patterns of stress, anxiety and trauma. 

Along with breathwork and soundhealing instruments , Evgeniya raise vibrational level of the group and your inner inteligence of  your heart and body ,create profound healing, integration and spiritual activation . 

In this sesion we will also incorporate MOVEMENTS and VOICE to release body blockages.

Notes: It’s suggested to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow . You are welcome to bring additional props for comfort such as an eye pillow to limit distractions.

NO RESTRICTIONS( even for movement). This practice is very gentle.
